Adaptability has been the name of the game this year as new developments have forced "normal," to look a little different. I've had to adapt to learning in a new environment, swimming and training with new guidelines, and experiencing life through new restrictions. Flexibility has been key to continuing to enjoy everything I'm doing, even with the multitude of changes.
